In this 2-day course, learn the purpose of meditation and several different types of meditation, as well as very practical details about how to sit properly, how to set up your own meditation session and how to deal with obstacles and negative emotions that may arise during your meditation.

Learn about common Tibetan Buddhist practices such as meditation, prostrations, light offerings, setting up an altar, pujas and more in this one-day workshop.
Daily drop-in classes in meditation and mindful yoga
Meditation classes and mindfulness yoga classes to increase peace, happiness and health in your daily life. Various styles of Tibetan Buddhist meditation will be practiced. The gentle minfdul yoga is suitable for all ages and abilities. Join us for 1 day, 2 days... as many as you like! No pre-registration is required.

Mindful yoga classes are ususally offered every Monday to Friday 9.30am - 11am, from October 2008. Please confirm dates/times before arrival.
Dharma Videos
Video teachings from His Holiness the Dalai Lama and other great Tibetan and Western Buddhist teachers, followed by tea and discussion. No pre-registration is required.
